"Absolutely, the worst piece of electronics ever. It never printed out one recognizable sheet. I was on the phone for over two hours with a tech and no results. I used up virtually all of the cartridges. They then replaced it with a remanufactured printer with the same results. Again, over 2 hours with HP. Because I had purchased non HP cartridges they said there was now no warranty. Close to $200 spent and I threw it out. Beware!"

"I really like this printer. I got the wireless capable one. I use it in draft mode most of the time. It is VERY quick to print. Easy to change out ink cartridges. Only negative is that it is noisy when printing. I have used it for 1 year."
